About Innovative Graphics

Innovative Graphics is a custom imprinting and embroidery company based in Saint Louis Park, MN. They are a one-stop shop for uniforms, warmups, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, pullovers, shorts, hats, jackets, and other clothing.​

The Problem

Innovative Graphics had been managing their workflow manually with paper and spreadsheets. They needed to automate this process and make it available for the salesmen, the art department and all other areas of the company, as well as have historical access to all the information. ​They already had detailed wireframes of what they had in mind and contacted Latitude 40 to assist with development.

Our Solution

Latitude 40 got to work building a tailored application that simplifies order workflows. Focused on clarity, efficiency, and usability, the app supports seamless management from order entry to fulfillment—empowering teams to work smarter and faster.
Custom Dashboard

​A streamlined dashboard displaying the essential information needed to view and manage the current and future workflow steps of the orders. The intuitive layout allows for seamless order management and improved productivity.

​

Costing for orders is determined by the type of imprint and the specific services provided. Standard charges include time spent on the artwork, screen charges, costs for ink changes, digitizing, and shipping costs. The app streamlines this process by clearly displaying all relevant costs, ensuring transparency and ease of calculation for each order.
Imprints
​

The company offers various imprint types, including screenprint and embroidery, each with specific requirements. For example, embroidery necessitates the number of stitches. The app simplifies the process by providing key information such as clothing type, sizes, logos, locations on the article, and colors. This makes it easy to enter and view all necessary details, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
